If you’re
someone who watches the news daily, you've probably seen that there have been a
number of West Nile virus cases popping up on Long Island and surrounding
areas.
The Centers
for Disease Control and Prevention reported on Tuesday that 1,118 human cases
had been reported nationally. They also reported that the number of cases
reported through the third week of August is the highest since 1999!
